Yeah, so it's been more than half a year since I've updated my journal. Not like anyone reads it, but that's okay. I just felt that after thinking "Yeah, I should do that" everyday I'm on the site, I should probably actually do it. Not like I have anything to say. *Ahem* Let the random commence:

1. I am addicted to fanfiction. Sadly, sadly addicted. Can't stop.

2. Nancy Drew is fucking racist. Okay, not really, but there is this sort of casual disregard and stereotyping of anyone who isn't white and of west European descent. It's weird to read now what was written in a time period not so long ago but so very different from our own (or perhaps not so different? discuss).

3. I am an insomniac. I've known this for a long time. The only time I get any restful, useful sleep (even though I still wake up about one thousand times during the night due to his snoring) is when I have the opportunity to spend the night in my boyfriend's king size bed.

4. Seriously, is anyone reading this? I've always wondered. There is this opportunity to touch everyone or no-one and I have a deep fear that it is no-one in my case...
